I highly recommend it as well as the low or no money down, but I would read the beginners guide first since your not sure what exactly you want to do.There's a lot of information on BP read some of the blogs, come to the forums daily, then WRITE down what you want to do and do it.And I would suggest going to meet up.com and finding some local RE clubs.

Then apply those formulas to properties as they come on the market daily in order to gain a numerical understanding of what you are looking for.  

With daily effort you'll continue moving forward!

I probably would have given up a number of times if it weren't for the daily motivation I was able to get from the forums and blogs.

Now when it comes to my actual daily business (commercial development) I hire a GC for the whole project, but when it comes to the few rentals I purchase and rehab, I contract out the major components but do the carpentry and finishes myself.

Looking to get started via Wholesaling first to generate some cash and will determine my niche - and execute daily!
