Houses I am looking at require anywhere between one to $2 million, unless someone wants to get a mortgage.

Hey guys, I have been learning about REI and in all the bigger pockets it talks about mortgages. 

I did not make them aware but included it with all my other documents and would have thought that seeing I had rental income and mortgage expense that they would have noticed or questioned what the cost segregation study was. 

There are rules in Ohio where if the borrower has more than 20% equity or has held the land contract for more than five years then the lender must go through a judicial foreclosure as if it was a mortgage. 

My brother is interested in selling his house to me, however, I’d like to keep the existing 2.9% interest rate on his mortgage.

Pay the mortgage.

Refi is not an option, my interest rate is 2.75%- when I spoke to a lender, the new mortg if refi'd would be $4,600+ my current mortg is $2.9k3.
