Of course tenant attorney says there is no cause, tenant pays and there is no merit to the termination.Termination letter served (sent by PM 90 days prior that puts end date at 2/29/2024) is based on a lease paragraph stating tenant did not abide by lease regarding “agrees no drugs or other illegal substances will be used, manufactured, sold, or distributed, on, or from the property.”

However the location and growth is excellent.

I'm pretty sure you can do it and be profitable in the 3 of them if you buy in the right locations and for the right price.Keep us posted!

(Nice doesn't mean expensive ) Location is very important. 

Most guests don't book more than 12 months in advance except for locations with international travel. 

Heres some of my thoughts so far:1a) Locations: PA, AZ, TX (Houston, Tennessee), FL, NC, SC.  

Where is your property located and how did you go about finding this deal?

The neighbors at the last location weren’t thrilled that we were keeping it a STR but they have been respectful.  

After seeing your info about impact I probably need to update that with all or more of their locations.

Without seeing a location, I would think this is ok if you own the lot and its not taking anyones spot.I know most people charge about a 10% of the money made for the "parking fee" around here.
