Generally for an investment property under conventional cash out refinance, the max LTV will be 70-75% - so you can calculate by (700k x LTV).As @Nicholas L. mentioned, it's a good idea to compare conventional and DSCR cash out refinance options.

I have been told to use Baselane so that they can ACH transfer for free, and that baselane also gives me 4.5% APR for my money saved there (i.e. security deposits, etc.)However, I don't like Baselane's withdrawal limits, and also how long it would take for baselane to transfer money to my primary checking accounts, at JP Morgan.

There's a pretty good chance you gave them permission to hire whomever they wanted and charge accordingly unless you have a dollar limit on expenditures.
