Some of that confusion is societal and some of it is just laziness and expectance. 

@Chris K.The IRS did issue an announcement this afternoon suggesting that prepaid taxes not yet assessed will not be deductible.

Often times I find many errors that unaware or lazy agents quote and the clients are paying or have been paying many years for a premium that is not accurate. 

Each tree has to be pruned and 'sheared' EVERY year or more. plus marketing is the big problem,,,putting a ad in the paper to come choose and cut will get you few buyers,,,people are too lazy to do that.
