Even in a short sale it might not be possible to do these if all parties are not agreeable.If it comes down to it and you must have funds to purchase the property or choose that this is the best way to keep things simple for all parties involved, there are lenders that will loan you the purchase funds for 1 day.

This may lengthen your market time and may not save you anything in the long run.Also my experience has been that potential buyers who respond or target FSBO properties do so because they think they will get "a deal" without an agent involved.
