I bought a screwdriver set, went over to tighten the doorknob, gifted him the screwdrivers, and told him "next time, you don't have to wait for me.Make sure you feel comfortable with the neighborhood.

To add context, here is the situation:The seller was gifted the property in question, by a friend, prior to the friend‘s passing.

Maybe a gift basket, or a Visa Gift card saying "Dinner is on Me" or something.

He could put it into an LLC now and then gift you a portion of the LLC.

Some of these people are gifted as gurus, meaning they will teach you their system, but do very little in terms of holding you accountable to your activity (or inactivity) towards your Vision for the future.
