If the relationship is serious I would think before purchasing a multi family you would of discussed it with him.Anyways now that you own it the best financial decision would be for the both of you to just commute farther than you would prefer to and live in one of the units as you had planned to.

People just seem to be looking for individual accommodations for themselves in November and December.I have heard some pros and cons about renting to military which you will obviously have in Woodbridge.

Try shopping around a bit more, I tend to prefer regional banks vs. local banks for this type of property.

Or should my tenants make all payments and contract with the LLC A that holds the property and then I subsequently make draws out of there. 2-If i were to raise money under the traditional GP/LP and the GP would be a newly created LLC that I wholly own and I also wanted an equity interest using one of the LPs, should the LP interest be owned by a parent company (Parent Entity LLC) or is it individually myself?
