I can't give you advice on what info to include on RE business cards being new to the business myself, but being a business owner (not RE related), I consider my image very important.

Do we need to setup a corp. of some sort, then can we show our personal incomes?

I am looking to close a deal here in a few days and will be verifying my fee being paid out at closing with the lender, however I still want to get the buyer to sign some sort of contract with me just in case.Does anyone have a simple fee agreement contract I could use.Thanks!

I am trying to get into wholesaling and this would be my first attempt to try and get a list of some sort.

So, that does all sort of line up.However, that's a "cash out" refi, and I've been told (this week) that will be difficult to do for more than a 70% LTV.
