And so I buy drawer/cabinets from Habitat for Humanity Restore/Construction Junction/etc; sometimes I need to nail a laminate countertop to it if it lacks the top but they often have the countertop still on there - buying them used is naturally way cheaper.

While it stinks your wife isn't doing what she enjoys (working, seeing her co-workers, etc.) it's also tough in that the routine of her job the past 15 years is now gone and it's human nature to not want change, let alone such a extreme change as a job-loss. 

We're in the process of getting a dealer's license so that we can legally sell more than 4 vehicles a year and conform with the DMV laws in our state.

That's another thing is to ask everyone, where is the niche that caters to those bad people like who have been in jail or murderers or drug dealers? 

Theaters, car dealers, service based businesses, etc may not make it very long either, further driving down real estate.Basically, there's going to be a lot of downward pressure on commercial until this is over, and a lot of stuff may never recover if it lasts long enough.

Once you start doing more then you will become a target for the IRS and they will consider you a dealer so you will for sure be taxed as regular income.
