Hey guys, I'm finishing up my first full gut rehab and we are set to list tomorrow or Friday.

Completely gutted and remodeled all interiors to high end flooring, cabinets, and countertops.

But if you don't share your criteria, they have every right to be suspicious...UNLESS, you just declined them based on gut feeling and have no support to show why you denied them.

Face to face is still the best way to gut-check your decision, and this is a long-term relationship you're getting into, so make the investment in your investment and just fly out.

I just have a bad feeling in my gut because the wholesaler didn't make this clear up front. 

Hey all,I'm hoping a more seasoned commercial multi-family investor can help me with this issue:I found a building that used to be a 10-unit apartment building but the previous owner gutted it completely and now it is just a shell.

I have read David Greene’s book on long-distance real estate investing, but my guts tell me that it won’t be that straight-forward as outlined in the book.

My gut is it will evolve just like the agent world will.
