I feel like there's a lot more to consider, but it really depends on who you're renting to and how they're going to treat the house.

We love that it has a "country vibe" with a more rural feel, but also has the potential for a population boom in the coming years with improvements coming to the town.

You should not have taxes listed on your underwriting because that amount should be wrapped up in the ADR and your guest is paying for it.
