You will work, you will grind you will be 'all in' and you will either fail or thrive.   

One of my units may be vacant the beginning of next year and I had considered attempting to do a STR, but it’s right next door to me and I have a few dogs and a couple kids, so the noise level may be too much for people on vacation.

I keep trying to find isolated, privately located properties to avoid the noise issue and neighbor complaints, which is very hard.

I'm really ready to grind it out and make it happen.

Within a month of their move-in, they were calling to complain about "white noise" from another apartment, cigar smoke coming up from the street and the fact that their new roommate used plastic forks and knives, which made him "sad".

Finally, after the frustration noise in my final attempt for a response in an email I was told that my account would not renew and I was confirmed for cancelling.

The only reason to glue down a floating floor would be to deaden the noise on an upper floor or if you have a living space under it.

Remember this, people are constantly being bombarded with different marketing and advertising messages, so to cut through the noise you MUST learn to differentiate yourself.

It’s just background noise.
