I have two contractors with a decent bit of experience ready to work on stuff, so at least I'm not completely green, but you're right - very slim pickings.

Land- Development- Green field, Infill land, brown field landOffices- CBD and suburban office buildings.

Greene, he speaks of offering the owner a little extra above the outstanding loan amount.Any and all insight is very helpful.
