Besides cleaning, and pet fees, what additional fees do you charge in your vacation rentals?

We plan to update the flooring and repaint, Plus clean the exterior.What was the outcome?

They also left the house very dirty; no damage just took our cleaners much longer to clean up after.There are some great people that use Airbnb, but where there is an issue it is usually from one of them.I have had maybe one issue from someone that rented via Vrbo but it was minor.We made record cash flow during the pandemic (from Vrbo) during the pandemic.

My next step is to clean up the property make it look presentable.

If you have confidence she'll leave the property in good condition, let her know the deposit will be returned in full provided it's clean up vacancy.

@Victor Kapustin I own a Carpet Cleaning franchise - and as far as I know - each company/franchise will have different requirements as to exit strategies. 

I had a tenant ask me to put solar panels on the house because they were going "green." 

Currently we self-manage and have a great cleaning team.
