Water overflowing from the sink basin can only happen if it were plugged either intentionally (drain stopper) or unintentionally (food/dishes). 

Instead I take it with a grain of salt.

Example: have 1 cabinet and 2 drawers with food debris out of 20, you won't be able to claim charges.

Don't approach, definitely stay as far as possible from cubs, don't leave food out. 

Problem is the second I do that I can kiss decent school districts and modern amenities (restaurants, movie theaters, stores other than the dollar variety) goodbye, plus some of these places would even be considered food deserts.
