The jobs I am needing done are below:-privacy fence for small backyard/replaces a chain link fence-retile two bathrooms- floor and tile surround with white hex and subway tile-repour 3 car garage concrete floor-electrical updates- interior wiring, run new electric for upstairs washer/dryer and outdoors plugs, update subpanel from fuses to breakers -plumbing- possibly replace some galvanized pipes, run water for upstairs washer/dryer-windows- would love some to restore the old wood windows if possible including the exterior glazing-garage- GC or structural contractor/engineer to bid fixing roof structure-asbestos remediation- basement has broken asbestos tile floor and some asbestos tape on piping 

or may be gold, or stocks for a while until the economy is safe and stable?

My thoughts; maybe reach out to the larger broker firms or the large self storage chains.

In low-income areas, pit bulls/rotweillers/german shepherds are prevalent because they are seen as weapons/protection, that's why they are chained right outside the front or back door. 

However, those crazy lumber prices have leveled back out and those were more so due to supply chain issues than inflation which makes sense why it has come back down and fallen in line with our standard inflation.We are still seeing long lead times for items such as windows, doors, and some tile. 

Due to supply chain issues, I had to source many of my own materials and personally ship them from wherever I could find them over to Spokane so that my contractor could stay focused on the rehab.

A place coming furnished could mean gold or garbage. 

It is his chain saw after all and I don't ask him to do it.
