I have been considering getting my real estate license this summer just to get more knowledge of the space.

Bought our first rental property late last year- a vacant, second floor 2 BR, bank owned condominium. 

Thry are still building out the rest of our neighborhood and still doing the same floor plan we have but it cost $75k more then what we paid for a 3 year old well maintained home. 

You can still use the front house when it’s not occupied if you need the space.

Looking for the following:-Flooring contractor-HVAC contractor-Electrician-Siding contractor (has asbestos shake siding now)-Window personAny and all recommendations would be appreciated!

Hi all,With members who have experience in this space and in this area, what are some lenders that you have used  for financing multi families <20 units and how did you go about finding them?

I keep them around the 50% for 30 days mark with last minute guests filling in the spaces and increasing my occupancy.

There's numerous issues; hole in floor and hole in wall, outdated kitchen, ceiling tile is coming off in portions, metal roof that screws need to be replaced etc...

Odds are good that if you're doing flooring, the answer is No.
