Latesha,It's going to be a hard fight... you have a builder installed roof (I'm assuming), that is probably out of their warranty coverage, BUT some will still fix things even past 1yr time frame, but not all.But you basically have to hire a Roofer that knows what they are doing... to validate or call out any issues or problems.

It was a fight every step of the way to get that one done.

Going to be very hard to win that fight. 

Let others fight for your involvement.

waiting to charge is an issue.. right now with Tesla's you kind of have the honor system and most telsa owners like me are very in tuned to charger arrival fairness and Q ing up with out fist fights. 

Its pretty much instantly in your account.....A lot of people use Cozy and other third party companies...... the downside is if you use the free service it takes days for you to actually have the $$ and the tenant can lodge disputes and "reverse" the payment through those services.... then you have to fight to get the $$ etc......
