He does not do any business as an agent, but rather just essentially offers each agent the opportunity to do two transactions by bringing him deals.

I am essentially the owner even though title has not been transferred so I have full owner rights, not just tenant rights as with a lease option...    

Out of curiosity, does your broker provide you with leads or are you just doing this essentially yourself?  

Essentially I just want to know that if I buy it I won't have to do any demo and the city wont be on my ***.

So essentially will I lose more by leaving in current funds or by having in a self directed I am not active with yet?

I don't feel like its fully necessary to have a buyer's website when I am starting out, but I feel like having a seller website where people can learn more about what I do, and submit their home is essential. 

@David Richter I presume you intend to create a dashboard of sorts to measure the essential performance of your business?

Essentially, the mortgagor must secure the funds necessary to repay in full the mortgage(s)/liens.
