One other piece to note is per my mortgage broker taking a loan from your 401k does not negatively affect your DTI as it would if you were tapping into a heloc, for example.

i also read the review, alot of the negative review's seemed to be centered around not finding the corner and molding pieces. not the quality of the product and i was able to find all the parts i needed. i will say that the life proof is very highly reviewed.

One piece of advice I came across early on was to always raise the rent every year, even if it was a a token amount, because it gets the tenant used to annual increases and avoids the uncomfortable situation you are in (because you are a compassionate person).
