I understand that reading is valuable, which is why I'm curious to know which book you would recommend for a beginner like me to start with.I have yet to buy my first property but my goal is to house hack every year,  while buying and renting properties to hold long-term until my portfolio brings more cashflow than my W-2 job.

So my son and his family just checked into a beach house in Jupiter FL.

Here is my conundrum: I have a duplex that I house hacked back in 2018. 

I am currently renting but I like the idea of house hacking to start out.

As anyone try house hacking in El Centro California.

I'm not talking about the housing market, I'm talking literally, it's hot outside.

Although, I felt that we needed more information, I also felt that there were enough signs that the housing and rental market were declining.

You are renting and you get 40 or 50 requests for “buyers” to walk through your home every day for the next week while the house is auctioned off.
