since you have hung in this long, however, i was hoping to get just a bit more from you....maybe round it up to a six pack.the ROE description makes perfect sense.

To post a property online in 5 mins you have to actually do a walkthrough, take photos (ok hire a photographer but that's not free... would be included in your PM's leasing fee), write a nice description, syndicate the posting across different rental aggregation platforms, etc.Most investors are not in that boat and as a result your timeframes are completely inaccurate.

It's a cashflowing asset that leverages the law of large numbers to insure their lives and then leverages the present value of the death benefit to buy additional cashflowing assets ;)I've never personally met a RE investor who has a Whole Life Insurance as an integral part of there investment strategy nor have I met one who has said that's how they became wealthy or rich, ie by investing in WL.
