 Frankly, I do not see anything in the description of the HR bills that specifies that the bills only apply to 'checkbook' LLCs, or Syndications. 

I had searched the Washington State Legislature website for "Rental Increase" and found what I thought was the correct description of the current law.

I chose the rents as was listed in the property description of current rents.

or I guess I should say sometimes my advertisements are not that well disguised.Sometimes I may come across as humble, although most of the time I wouldn’t say that that is a description that people confuse me with.

Then filter the documents by legal description of the property you want and you will find in there , mortgages, deeds,  hoa liens , tax liens , water liens , etc 

The more descriptive you get the more accurate you are.

I thought his speech was AT BEST a 3rd grade description of the issue that insulted the intellegence of Americans and AT WORST filled with outright lies!
