To keep it simple if you have good credit and a decent amount of assets this will depend on your market on the amount needed but try to always have access to a good amount.

A great real estate metric to live by is the stabilized yield on cost which essentially takes into account the value added to your real estate once it is up and running/stabilized.

I don't want to change our software for accounting / management because I have another LLC that requires quickbooks.

Should I be contacting expired listings on the MLS, foreclosed listings, distressed sellers etc … Also does anyone have recommendations on how to build relationships with banks, credit unions, investor-friendly title companies, contractors, appraisers etc?
