Its another way to keep your overhead low but also when you get a listing under contract all you have to do is find a buyer and sell the contract off booom collect your deposit and move on.

If you did, then I would include the missed interest payment in the figure that you provide for payoff.If you did not get binder, then your "friend" could theoretically collect the insurance money and not pay you a dime, then you would be forced to foreclose on the burnt building to try and recover the capital.

Stessa tries to populate this column automatically where it can but doesn't fight you with manual changes.Without a better solution I will need to pair stessa with other great services for rent collection and property management.I guess I've been spoiled with mint.com and personal capital finance.
