Take before and after photos for documentation with receipts on file for that work order

I know this as my mom died just two years ago, she lived in her home for over 50 years, and it took my brother over six months to clean up the place, He found my high school year book there, photos of me when I was a baby. 

I cannot post a photo but photos are all over the internet.

I won’t catch him there but he’s also giving the same talk in Culver City and a couple other locations in So Cal.

Just search in Google.If the house is still damaged, I recommend you have a 3rd party document with photos (maybe a Realtor or Inspector), on or before 1/1/18. 

These are the "After" photos of the above efficiency (The fridge is coming soon) Nothing special, and all cosmetic.

@Liz C. honestly, I think she is just trying to cover her *** because these were issues when she moved in, she does noy want to be blamed, nor deduct from the deposit when she moves out.An appointment to physically go and see these issues is important, take a photo of them, notate and take care of any issues that are a hazard or big nuisance 

I plan to serve 3 3-day notice to perform or quit all in the same day knowing that they will not be able to catch up.

It is hard to tell based on the photo.

For $300 upfront plus another $150 at closing they list your house on the MLS, you write the description, fill out all the details on their website (how many bedrooms, etc), load up the photos and you're listed!
