That being said, if you're starting out and trying to figure out what to do or if you have time and no money/credit ....... don't think that Real Estate is a, get rich quick business.

No gurus or get rich quick schemes- just come mix and mingle with fellow investors and do some networking while enjoying a nice cold brew!

Hi Rich, check out the wholesaling podcasts, they're a fantastic resource, and typically the links included in the individual podcast pages are very helpful.

I'm not going to buy an $800k house, and we don't buy $40k or $80k cars (think Rich Dad's Assets vs Liabilities).  

Hey guys, thanks for the replies but I understand how an LLC protects me personally, what I meant to ask was, Is it more difficult to sell the property if it's held in a LLC, and also I was listening to one of the Rich Dad Poor Dad audio books and I heard something about, if your accountant tells you that you don't need a LLC, get another accountant.

Do what Kiyosaki did from Rich Dad, get a job in sales.
