Caldwell used to be the butt of a lot of bad jokes and horror stories, but they have done an amazing job of improving the quality of life and reducing crime there.

One thing that has saved my butt during this is having a great realtor.

. ;)  I personally think AirBnb tends to over extend their reach into how I manage my STRs and I think they are a pain in the butt to work with.  

Sometimes it seemed I was doing all the driving and they were just plugging in numbers into their programs and eventually we found a happy place that really wasnt that far from where we began.So, in my limited experience, I would probably continue to shop around. 

The heir ended up getting paid as well, but it was a pain in the butt and took a lot of effort on our part and 9 months to settle, with us fronting the lawyer bills!

Your insurance at $6/month seems unrealistically low; get a quote from a local agent to plug a real number in there.
