Will any of the parties to the transaction inquire if I have the licenses to conduct this business? 

Just read the threads on here and listen to people talk past each other.

Some lenders won't allow it, but there are lenders that do. it is a business purpose loan - you'll need to sign a form stating that you won't be occupying the property and your rate may be slightly higher than if you were to close in an LLC.

Learning the basics of electrical , plumbing , AC , painting etc will help you in this line of business which also save you a lot when you acquire your first home.This is how I got started , maintaining the rentals of my uncle  when I was your age.

I definitely don't agree that everybody that smokes marijuana are losers and habitual drug addicts like some people on here are commenting.  

You can also be added to a "List" or people that banks/lenders use to flag all of your future applications similar to a "Fraud Guard".

This results in increased crime and people leaving the city.

Starting this business (and you have to realize it is a business) is not easy and there are so many moving parts.
