There used to be automated systems that you could play high/low and figure out what their balance was above the rent.

This strike me as though they are saying this information is not automated. 

They are CRMs aka Customer Relations Management software.

They have good cloud based management software.

Can you edit out the n/a paragraphs(some if not all) via Excel or whatever software you utilize?

I have done several blanket loans with the bank that included 2-4 properties SFR per loan by just emailing them the address and basing the loan off of tax value, but they are asking for a more detailed proposal to present to their loan review committee this time around.Does anyone have a sample package, template, software, or just a list of standard and/or creative details that should be included in the package.

I'm primarily here just to absorb information and possibly do a little networking.Fun fact, I manage a team of software developers by day, and real estate at night.

Where can I find a free software that's analyzes your deal for so you can present it to your buyer?

They are claiming they do a bunch of stuff but it's likely all automated.
