In 2023, I did 18 transactions(Top 500 of ~15,000 agents), and manage 13 rental properties for other individuals.As an Individual, I also own 5 additional rental properties that I also self manage.The reason I would like REPS is because Ive got about 200k in passive losses(100k just in 2023 as I fully remodeled one of the rentals and partial reno of another) I would like to apply towards our household W2 income(600k) Overall, I feel like I could definitely qualify but I definitely lack detailed time log of all activities.

I feel as if I could definitely get more but I do not want to push it to the point where it crazy high and im keeping months open. 

I reviewed it with a friend of mine who's an investor with dozens of properties so I feel confident you'll like it.

i want to buy another 2 family, but im intimidated with these high interest rates and crazy market .im house hacking right now and and have an easy tenant. buying a second property will be more responsiblilty and im anxious. whats a good webinar to help ease my anxiety

It’s usually a relatively bad deal, you do it because to makes you feel good not because it’s a good financial decision.
