No, it isn't poverty of the pocket book that limits people, it's poverty of belief that they can become someone.

Unfortunately you are going to get different answers from different people, especially from Realtors trying to solicit business in their market.What I have been noticing is that even in landlord friendly markets, prices are high.

It is funny as the OTAs are trying to get people to stay on platform, but are giving everyone every reason to go off platform.

People flipping homes instantly got crushed and many people doing BRRRRs ended up under water both in equity and monthly payments as rates went up.

They are only "disastrous" when people use them improperly, which can also happen with a city sewer system.

I feel very lucky to have such  successful, caring, and knowledgeable people give me such great advise.

The key is figuring out how to get people to rent the unit in the off season.
