Looking at alternative ways to raise capital, I’ve inquired with a couple different companies about a HELOC on our personal property, but I’m curious what you all may have to offer up on here in regards to good institutions to inquire with that offer that type of loan?

My question is how would I be able to use my interior design business in conjunction for materials purchases and to manage/pay my sub-contractors?

Alternatively, you can sign up for an online rent collection system that can accept ACH or Credit cards.

My though process at this point hiring a VA doesn’t seem to be the best option because ultimately I would have to spend the time telling him or her what property these materials are for.

If it’s not allowed through a conditional use or special use, the alternative is a use exception.
