It was just one of those things - the stars were aligned with this buyer watching every day for my particular condo to come up for sale.

That aligns your and tenant's interests: tenant is happy, gets a rebate if you are successful and is motivated to help; and you get in early to prep and show the property. 

Note about the kind you can clean from inside - they often get out of alignment and leak.  

You need to align yourself with a broker who may charge you a nominal annual fee, I have seen $500 annually or a large house that is more interested in a large volume of agents vs. a smaller quantity of producing agents or help a CCIM or a broker part time so they need to sponsor you!

Since they are metal brackets no need for constant wood repair when the holes get to big.Additional, one other thing I would do is once the doors are properly aligned using the small screw that clamps to the rail on the top corners.

I have my real estate license but it is currently inactive however, I have connections and I will probably be activating it early next year and aligning with Black Bear Rentals in Asheville and my desire is to get into Property Mgmt specifically.
