Hello everyone I'm 21 years old and decided to purchased an online course to become a real estate agent.This is my first post here and wanted to ask anyone what advice do y'all have for me, in becoming an agent or just any real estate advice in general, your tips and advice will go a long way and will be highly appreciated.Also I wanted to point out that my main goal is to invest into real estate being into rental properties, multi family and maybe fix and flip.

But have you talked to an investment minded agent there? 

No biggie but still surprised on final walk through.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Prepare for Move-In: Coordinate with the seller or their agent to get access to the property as soon as possible after closing.

Id start with searching Guanajuato through there and getting with agents in those areas. 

We replaced it and got the sellers and listing agent to each pay $1,000 toward that cost.- You'll save A LOT by talking to 3-5 contractors for any big item.

To assist fix and flip investors with finding property without the hassle of searching, making phone calls, wasting their valuable time house hopping, dealing with frustrated agents, and or property owners.
