Haven't had any issues.I've had termite service done to several of my houses.There are 2 types that is very hard to get rid of (damp wood/dry wood) since they don't need to touch the ground, and the house might need a tent.Good luck

Fancy ceilings, fancy wood trim and finished basements don't come cheap.It will also depend on you skill at managing the contractor and the contractor you pick.

Much more than that and I would have talked to an attorney about steps for eviction.I havent (knock on wood) had to do an eviction yet, but there is no reason to let it go, and my understanding is that Texas judges can be tough on landlords who dont have their ducks in the row.
