@Neomi Riley you can get every notice at the county recorder, the problem is that it doesn't tell you the current status of each foreclosure.

That would be a gold mine and I would close on that ASAP :)

It's natural to be unhappy when the status quo that provides someone a living is shaken up.

Relationship needs, other income status, retirement planning issues, estate planning, etc, etc, etc all come into play.  

Re: Also, when we did the rebuild on my home, we used a local general contractor who used a manager, and she was worth her weight in gold.  

Especially about banks: they give me the biggest smile when I tell them I want a loan, and then they look at me like they've just realized their gold nugget is really fools gold when I tell them I need to finance a $50k unit, or $35k (70% LTV).

But mine is not a typical rooming house it is more like a guest house.
