We have been doing a lot of research, reading and watching videos and feel it is time to put our knowledge to work.

I'm watching training on avoiding some of the problems with closing wholesale deals and trainer is suggesting user the Seller Side Hud form. 

I am not telling you how to invest your funds but personally I would watch for better deals then what are currently available.

So, I'd put the "ease of building new supply" as something to watch out for, too.

Ranging from super nice (point Richmond; Richmond hills) to nice/average (North & East, Annex) to true blue collar/lower end (civic center & SW hoods), and watch out!
