Being this property a multifamily is more difficult find someone for the appraisal*** Lender does not promise anything.

I've been focused on Columbus and around but I would love to learn about other promising markets and investing experience there.

Problem 1- Fake air returns- It looks like something connected to the HVAC system but it's not.

I've read so many posts on here from people who get to the final stretch just before closing and their internet lender (who no ones ever heard of before but promised them the lowest rate) couldn't close the loan because they overlooked something (i.e. small detail that was previously disclosed by the borrower, property type didn't qualify for the loan they had applied for, etc) and the loan was going to fall through with no time to reapply with another lender before the contract expired.  

There are people who promise these returns with certain stocks (Tesla being one of them), but I'm always reluctant. 

I have text messages and emails showing all of this and the promises that have to be met.

Depending on the sector you choose the market is not as frantic so you'll find a. little more relaxed pace for purchase.And the returns are generally better than DSTs and less than the promised returns of syndications. 

If a particular city has a constant influx of people, it generally means that it is growing and shows promise.
