You may be able to find investors willing to let you your tour their renovations in your area by networking here...

Do you have virtual tours for all your properties? 

The majority of them are out of state buyers who rely on my knowledge of the market, personal video tours and deep experience to make their choices.I agree that the MLS is rich with choices right now.

That one fell through but I already had my second under contract which ended up being perfect and has been a great investment.Bonus to doing this, when my current property became available the realtor I continued working with did a tour of the property with me through skype before I flew back out for an official inspection. 

I would love to do a five year tour of the US doing live in flips but in C- or D neighborhoods. 

I visited Memphis in July, taking a tour of different neighborhoods in which Memphis Turnkey buy.

I toured a lot of those 8 bedroom houses when i was looking for a place to rent 2 years ago... nobody WANTS to live in a situation like that, so my guess is you'd see a lot of turnover, which will cost you time.

We told only 5 people (out of over 50+ inquires and 20 house tours) to fill out the application and they are all qualified.
