Anyone have a recommendation for a STR PM company in Joshua Tree?

I agree with you that it’ll be a hassle to drive all the up to Saginaw to do the maintenance and I did not find any property management company there.

Once those guys are in place and you have a go-to title company that your realtor recommends and a lawyer.

Do you know anyone/company does so?

@Melanie P.I can name 3 companies right now that are not just bad deals but should end the sponsors in prison - I know investors in each and every one has filed complaints etc.

Do you have a recommendation on a closing attorney and/or title company that you've used? 

Call your own company, not just the recommended company from your PM.  

But a lease would prove that at the end of the tenancy you expected her to return the premises as rented and I would add a line in that says if the trailer is ever abandoned or if she fails to remove it on the last day of tenancy it shall be considered an abandoned vehicle subject to disposal by Landlord.Does your insurance company know its there?

Is there any way that I can call the energy company that is local and have them turn the power on for the day or any way that I can force the bank to turn the power on?

I spoke to 3 PM companies, 2 of them being RE brokers and property managers.
