My experience with contractors start with in writing and pay only 1/3 up front, 1/3 better than half of the work done, last payment when they finish with no returns necessary after inspection to fix something they missed or messed up.

I’ve been really busy for the last few months shopping for multifamily deals and writing new software for underwriting my acquisitions.

She tried to give it for free or donate to the church and take a tax write-off plus loss write-off.

I wanted to write about a recent phone call that saved me tens of thousands and will change the amount of money in my bank account for the positive. 

I spoke to a couple of insurance companies regarding insurance, and because of it's current state, they will not write a policy on it…once it is habitable they would, but not right now.I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience this, so looking for thoughts on how to handle insuring the property while I'm making it habitable.  

Why don't you spend an evening writing down all the things that might interfere, then burn it symbolically.

What clicks go where, etc.I need someone with a marketing/writing background that can translate my notes into effective content and prepare a great presentation for me to give at local REIAs. 

I put that in writing and when they reach out to me - I now KNOW they are interested and then I will do more research and may increase/decrease my offer. 

I can fund deals via my IRA now, I have check writing abilities and very easy to access money quickly.  

I'm trying to write out a game plan with guidelines and requirements so I don't forget to budget for the 10% PM, taxes, fees, expenses, etc.
