I love RE and consider myself an investor/landlord  and invest heavily in it, but I also feel I want to be diversified and invest in quality blue chip, high dividend yielding/paying secutities as well.

My current collection consists of a 91 mustang 5.0 convertible with supercharger. 86 Porsche 928 five speed 2010 Audi s41999 Lamborghini diablo in monterey blue. 

I have to agree, that's a spectacular view of a dirt lot with a dark blue smudge in the distance.

First, yes, blue ink is the standard unless it specifically says to use black ink (every lender is different, but most require blue or have no requirements, so I always have them use blue unless black ink is specifically asked for). 

Depending on the state law, punitive damages are also possible blue.

I asked this in "starting out" last week, but no suggestions yet) Once in a blue moon I've heard a past client say this, who is sick of calling around, and I'll just place the order through our normal channels as basically a "phantom refi" appraisal and a favor, but the person obviously winds up paying for and getting a full/traditional/standard appraisal, not a 'virtual' one.
