I was just going to keep the $49/mo service but my debit card I was auto paying with died for the new chip cards and I didn't bother updating the card and payment info.My website name, which I liked, was held hostage or whatever as far as I can tell but I hope to retrieve it.

You would be better off using a zero percent credit card offer to get 10-20 percent to save all the fees and only pay 2-3 points with lower interest.

The differance here vs a really cheap market is we have a 3% vacancy rate (often like with my 4 unit actually 0 as new tenant move same day one leave), none of my clients have ever had an eviction its unheard of here so the landlord laws don't matter even late rent is extreamly rare I have never had it other then a credit card related issue once that was paid back immediatly once we realized the glitch, the tenants are high credit and don't mess up the units so you only need paint every 3-5 years.
