Let the PM do their job and communicate with the PM only- these are the cases where you need to stay in touch with the PM ....but dont micromanage them.... but dont let them ignore the issue and let it snowball either.

AirDNA is great for STR comps/data but the best way to find comps for MTRs in Furnished Finder and then manually searching Airbnb and VRBO for 30+ day stays

Brighton is known to be very community oriented, so people tend to stay locally long term.
