To maintain our standard of living and travel the world like we want, we will need to supplement our income however.

Don't drink too much, and don't smoke.  

I haven't been on BP long, but I think you can quickly ascertain who has real knowledge and who's blowing smoke.

The time off work, travel costs, getting inspections, etc isn't cheap. 

There is not enough spread in this house as a flip.It’s the holiday season so some investors are traveling or on vacation (yes investors take vacations too).I was prepared and reacted quickly.

Some of these carriers are Guard, Travelers, Safeco, Mercury, Proper, AEGIS and Foremost.

I'm 41 and wife is 40.We started in real estate in 2011.Now we have 10 units.For those who think only low income 9-5ers should be doing this,Know that I'm a physician and my wife is an RN.We have a decent W2 household income.But physician hours are long and life is worse than a 9-5.We plan to retire by 50 and just travel the world.

I usually have a slab of either fresh salmon or smoked salmon or elk Jerkey as a warming gift. we call it Oregon Porch time.. this is our demographic this is who you play to.and you simply cannot learn these techniques on line or on BP... this is very advanced and well thought out marketing.
