I have been accepting rent checks at my credit union into my account for the past several years and it has worked out well untill I got a tenant that needed evicted and he put the rent kin knowing it would bounce with nsf - long story and I will address it at a further date.

This took 5 years before litigation ended. now the rest of the story, the properties I am a partner with were in an llc., they were brought up once in the beginning of the suit. showed llc proof. were never mentioned again.
