Time to put your foot down.

As a contractor I can tell you when you are building a building, most of the work goes in putting in the underground, utilities, digging footings, putting in the foundation, etc., the stuff nobody ever sees.

You will be getting your foot in the door way ahead of any agent, because you aren't an agent.

At my price, the price per square foot is $47.
