I know I haven't been online for a while but i just signed up for real estate school finally and will be starting classes next month. 1. what are things that I should expect and look forward to?

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC and I moved from out of state so I just showed up after doing most everything online and was given a website to go to so that I could get renters insurance, and they said if I got insurance through this website I would only have to pay about $100 for my deposit!!

ESRI offers many free or inexpensive online classes on their ArcGIS software and I'm sure there are CAD/drafting classes at a local college.

Jonathan, Check online for your state approved  Purchase and Sale Agreement, as well as an Assignment of Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Real Estate. 

It could be the on line portal doesn't show all back taxes.  

I'm starting to see Redfin "for sale" signs pop up in my area(Baltimore), so I did a little research online to see how their process works.

Starting out into rental property business.....looking into possibly using Easyrent.com for my tenant screening and online rent collection.

We have chosen biggerpockets because of there close knit online community.
